The Investors in People Standard was established in 1991, as a benchmark of how effectively organisations manage and develop their workforce. As the UK’s leading people management standard, IIP helps organisations to improve business performance through their staff.
For the Tower Project, the accolade represents a commitment to the development of its employees and demonstrates a strong foundation of good practice in the sphere of people management. To gain the accreditation, this included confidential interviews with staff, carried out by an independent IIP Practitioner.
