In August 2019, our 'Complex Needs Holiday Schemes' for 5-8 year old's was judged as Outstanding by Ofsted.

Summary of key findings for parents were:

"The manager implements highly effective systems for self-evaluation to accurately identify ways to enhance children's experiences further. She is committed to continuous improvement. All children benefit from this exceptional provision."

"Partnerships with parents and other professionals are outstanding. Staff make excellent
use of the daily communication book to keep parents updated and involved. Parents
speak incredibly highly of the care provided for their children."

"Staff have an exceptional approach to working with children. They show a wealth of
knowledge, particularly in supporting children with special educational needs and/or
disabilities. This leads to a highly stimulating and nurturing environment."

"Risk assessments are thorough and comprehensive and staff undertake them regularly
to promote children's safety. For example, staff follow established routines for planned
outings and are very attentive in their supervision of children, both indoors and

"Children settle in extremely well. This is because staff are welcoming and highly
enthusiastic. Children's individual needs are met constantly and they get the most out
of their time at the setting."

"Children are visibly happy and flourish within this setting. They demonstrate high levels
of confidence and self-esteem."
