Tower Hamlets Deputy Mayor... the Barista!

Our JET Service were delighted to welcome Deputy Mayor of Tower Hamlets Maium Miah Talukdar, along with Cllr Bodrul Chowdury to their social enterprise café Ocean View.

The guests took a tour of the café, had some breakfast and spoke to the clients who were working at the café on the day.

After something to eat and a coffee, made by our trained Barista's! The Deputy Mayor was taught by client Muslima on how to make a double shot of expression on the coffee machines.

As an organisation we are extremely grateful to be supported by the Council and it's members, and to raise awareness about Supported Employment.
